AFI was established to introduce Limacol to mainstream North America. This will soon commence with the manufacture of the product in Opa Locka, Florida. The company also has a distribution division which has been operating for more than a year. Products currently on offer include various types of surgical and examination gloves and a wide array of over the counter preparations (OTCs).

Business Description
There are two aspects of AFI’s business - manufacturing and distribution. On the manufacturing side the company is currently setting up an automated bottling line to manufacture Limacol which will be followed by other products. In terms of distribution, AFI has already began to market and sell medical devices and over the counter (OTC) products. In the coming months this will be expanded to include medical equipment and implements, prescription medicines, pharmaceutical packaging materials, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), excipients and anything that is required or in demand by the pharma and healthcare industry.
Priorities
American Futurecare primary objectives over the coming 24 months are to: expand business relationships with major suppliers and customers in order to increase the range of products on offer for distribution; recruit personnel; complete the installation of machinery and build brand awareness.
